Open Course at Christian Community Seminary

  • The Seminary of the Christian Community 7 Carmen Court Chestnut Ridge, NY 10977 (map)

February 8th at 8:00am — Feb 12th at 1:00pm,  2016
with Reverend Bastiaan Baan and Reverend Patrick Kennedy
Suggested Donation: $150

Dear Friends,
If you have never attended an open course at the Seminary of the Christian Community, this may be the perfect opportunity for you. For an entire week, one is privileged to participate in the Act of Consecration of Man on a daily basis. We share in the life of the seminary students and the fellowship with the seminarians and fellow students is an incredibly enriching aspect of the program. The lectures, discussions, artistic work, singing and sheer wealth of spiritual nourishment, make it an ideal retreat and gift for the soul. The fee requested is comparatively small and does not include accommodation or meals except for a hearty breakfast. It is a small donation that yet shows our support and appreciation for the work of the seminary. Not all of us can become priests in this lifetime, yet for a week, we can experience the rich sacramental life that is provided for those who are on that path.  With lectures from both Rev. Baan and Rev. Kennedy it will be doubly rich experience.
